Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Ground ginger
  • tbsp Ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground allspice

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients.
  • Place in an airtight container for storage. Spices can be stored in your spice rack for up to 1 year.

Notes

NOTES: You can change the ingredients to suit your own tastes. If you like your chai spicier, add more ginger and use black pepper instead of allspice.
