Vegan Spritz Cookies

Christmas is just around the corner and if you haven’t made a single Christmas cookie, there’s still time! Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! Just make these Vegan Spritz Cookies. The recipe is so very simple and they are so much fun to make! Not to mention that they are always a favorite with the family! I also love dying my cookies green or red because it just makes them feel so festive during the holiday season!

Now, I’m sure some of you have no idea what a Spritz Cookie Press is, which is no problem! Click here are some options that google shopping has. I use an old vintage cookie press passed down to me by my parents, so I can’t speak on the validity of the google recommendations, but do your research and I’m sure you’ll make a good choice!

I thought I could give some tips for using the cookie press since some of you might not have used one before! Firstly, make sure your dough is soft enough for the press. If you had the dough in the fridge, let it sit out until it reaches room temperature before putting it into the press (you don’t want hard dough breaking your press). Secondly, make sure your cookie disc is securely placed in the press. If not dough could go everywhere and it would just be slightly annoying to redo. Finally, hold the press firmly to the cookie sheet and try not to let it move as you’re pressing out the cookie. If you shift, it might make the cookie look a little funky (personally, I love when they look funky, but that’s your call!). Honestly, if you have any other questions, just let me know and I’d be happy to help!

These Vegan Spritz Cookies are amazing! And so cute to look at! Look at those adorable designs! I really hope you enjoy these! Like I said earlier, this is a family favorite, so hopefully, your family will love them as much as mine. Don’t have a cookie press or want to make a different Christmas cookie, try these Vegan Peppermint Snowball Cookies! Also, keep an eye on the recipe page for more cookie recipes. Hopefully, I can get another Christmas cookie recipe out before Christmas!
