Classic Lemonade

Don’t want summer to go by too fast? Make summer last just a little bit longer by making and enjoying this Classic Lemonade recipe. It is sweet, lemony, and so deliciously refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • 1 1/2 c Lemon Juice (4-8 Lemons depending on size)
  • 7 c Iced Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Put the 1 cup of water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Juice your lemons, making sure to take out the seeds and any pulp you don't want, until you get 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice.
  3. In a large pitcher combined the sugar syrup, the lemon juice, and 7-8 cups of ice cold water. Mix and serve.
