- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Water
- 1 1/2 c Lemon Juice (4-8 Lemons depending on size)
- 7 c Iced Cold Water
- Put the 1 cup of water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Juice your lemons, making sure to take out the seeds and any pulp you don't want, until you get 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice.
- In a large pitcher combined the sugar syrup, the lemon juice, and 7-8 cups of ice cold water. Mix and serve.
