Easy Vegan Peach Crisp

Currently, in my town, it is the most wonderful season of the year: Peach Season! You know what that means…Every store, every farmers market, every curbside produce stand, will be filled with these sweet, juicy, delicate fruits. Peaches are the one fruit I simply cannot resist. No matter if I already have hordes of peaches at home, I will still buy more every time I come across them. I bet you know where I’m going with all of this talk of peaches. Today, I will be sharing a wonderful Easy Vegan Peach Crisp recipe!

I’m not going to lie, I’m almost drooling thinking about this Easy Vegan Peach Crisp. I mean what is better then sweet, warm peaches topped with soft, melty brown sugar and oats?!?! They turned out so good, my family and I ate them all in one night. They sort of remind me of a peach pie, but without all of the hassle of actually making a pie. Trust me, while pies are delicious, the first pie I ever made, had me up until 3am. Why not just make these Easy Vegan Peach Crisps which take only 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to cook instead?

The margarine we used in this recipe was the Earth Balance Vegan Butter sticks; however, you can also buy the soy-free version if you would prefer that!

For the recipe, I recommended using a 8×8 baking pan; however, as you can see by my photos, I used 4 small 5in circle baking dishes. You can get as fancy as you want with this, just make sure the baking pan you choose is oven safe. Otherwise, as long as the peaches fit, get creative!

If you decide not to eat them all immediately, unlike me, you can cover it and keep it in your fridge for a few days. Then, when you decide you want to eat it, just pop it in the warmed oven for a few minutes to heat it up!

I really hope you like this recipe. This Easy Vegan Peach Crisp recipe is actually so so simple. If you have leftover peaches, you should try our recipe for Easy Vegan Peach Pastries, it is just as simple and you could definitely eat it for breakfast if you want! Actually, you could probably eat the peach crisps for breakfast too! No matter when you decide to eat it, I hope you love them as much as I do!

Summer for us means peaches and blueberries. As soon as they arrive, we start baking. One of our favorites is this very easy Vegan Peach Crisp recipe that we have been making every summer. • 5 c peeled and sliced peaches
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Regular oats
