I have been making this recipe for so many years. It has gone through years and years of revisions and corrections, just so I could get to this point right now. After years, I think I have made the perfect Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins recipe. I would always make these muffins for my daughter and her friends. The chocolate chips we used are the Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips. These are my favorite option when it comes to vegan chocolate. They are so delicious and they are so very allergen friendly, it’s wonderful! And you’ll love them paired with the banana in these muffins. Speaking of banana, you’ll want your bananas in this recipe to be super ripe. The riper they are, the easier it is to mash them and the sweeter they’ll taste.
